Clothing/Merchandise orders are printed and shipped by a third party. All concerns regarding orders should be directed to Jakey Boi Arts.
The customer is responsible and shall cover all expenses (including but not limited to taxes, duties, and shipping costs) and customs charges if and as applicable to the Products and their delivery.
Products can be delivered to Customers in a majority of countries worldwide. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Countries that can be shipped to are included in the following list. This list is subject to change.

All other countries and territories not mentioned above, including Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria cannot be shipped to.
Delivery can take between 10 and 15 business days to reach the customer depending on the delivery location.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Emails for the above circumstances must be received within two weeks of the delivery date/estimated delivery date indicated by the shipment service. If the above information is incomplete when sent to Jakey, there will be no guarantee of return or reshipment. If there are other concerns regarding items that may require a return or reshipment, please email Jakey.
Wrong Address - If the address that is provided at the time of purchase is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to a storage facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to a storage facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks will not be accepted as they are not suitable for return due to health and/or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
